Physical Description: Jenna is considered tall for a female grey wolf, 32 inches at the shoulder, with very long legs and big feet which have earned her some less-than-flattering nicknames. Her long, thick coat is classic grey with darker highlights on her haunches, forelegs and face. She has a dark grey "saddle" of fur running along her spine, dark grey patches around her eyes and a dark grey flare running down her muzzle. She has relatively small ears and a long tapering muzzle. Her eyes are light green. Her legs are long and thin and each leg has a dark grey line running up it. Her ruff is very thick, fluffy and dark grey. Her huge paws are somewhat square and are all white. Her nose is light grey. Jenna is known for her big fluffy tail, perfect for keeping her nose toasty on winter nights.
Jenna's long legs make her very useful in running down prey and her huge feet help her walk over the softest snow, so she does rather well as a hunter, though not so much at silent stalking since she's so fond of talking.

Personality:
Jenna is chatty and cheerful. She will and sometimes does talk to rocks if their are no sentient creatures around to listen to her (though she prefers talking to sentient beings). Jenna will be friendly with just about anyone or anything. She has almost "no filter" which means what pops in her brain usually comes out her mouth without much editing. Jenna takes pleasure in taking others out of their "comfort zone," making them uncomfortable by the things she says sometimes. If someone ignores her she will go out of her way to get their attention.
Jenna can be a bit shallow. She tends to be drawn to pretty things and attractive people. She takes criticism on her own "unconventional" looks in stride, however. Jenna seems to understand and accept that her appearance isn't regarded as beautiful by many people.
Jenna has a unique appreciation for rocks. She enjoys collecting special or pretty rocks that catch her eye, especially very sparkly rocks. She will cache these rocks away in special hiding places much like other animals will cache food away for the winter to admire them later.
Jenna loves talking so much that she will sometimes speak out of turn or "backtalk" those to be respected such as elders or leaders or those others in authority. Jenna is not intentionally rebellious or mean spirited. She is just very bright and talkative and actually does not realize how much she really runs her mouth!
Distinct traits:
1. Talkative: Jenna loves to talk! Not just to fellow wolves, but other predators, prey animals and even birds.
2. Persistent/Stubborn: If someone doesn't respond to Jenna's overtures, she'll usually follow them around until they notice her.
3. Shallow: Jenna tends to admire aesthetically pleasing traits in people and things instead of more abstract qualities like courage or compassion.
4. Tenacious: With her thick fur, long legs, big feet and rather large build, Jenna has survived at least two winters wandering the wilderness on her own.
5. Outspoken/Opinionated: Jenna tends to say whatever pops in her head and states her opinions clearly, often making her appear rude, obnoxious or disrespectful though she is seldom mean-spirited.

Weaknesses: Tendency towards being easily impressed with a pretty face; has a hard time being quiet and still; tends to speak out of turn
History:
Jenna was born the only cub to her parents - Khan and Greta - a very rare event, but then Jenna's birth followed a particularly hard winter so perhaps her mother's body was not strong enough to produce more cubs.
Jenna's mum perished from disease soon after Jenna's birth and Jenna was raised in large part by her father's second in command, a kindly wolf named Gregory. Gregory, having no biological children of his own encouraged Jenna to be curious and ask questions. Having no siblings her own age to socialize with, Jenna grew up partaking and being encouraged to partake in serious "adult" conversation with grownups in which she was never excluded for being a small pup. This gave Jenna great confidence, but a bit of a stunted view of herself and the world. Having only her father's and uncle's perspective and her own perspective as a world-view made Jenna a bit close-minded on some matters, plus she's more of a talker than a listener, so she can come across to others as very opinionated and sometimes obnoxious.
Khan and Gregory wished Jenna to remain in their small pack and help them raise future litters - for Khan had taken another mate, Sara, by the time Jenna was an adolescent. The two male wolves were also a bit overprotective of the pack's only cub- but Jenna wished to explore the world and perhaps find a mate, so she set off in search of one - leading her to the valley of Ahki...
